Well, I gained all my weight back, I didn't get back up to my heaviest thank goodness, but close enough! So I started carb cycling about 2 months ago. I did about 6-7 weeks then Christmas week and holiday hit and I took the next few weeks off. resulting in 3 pounds of the 15 pound I lost coming back on. It is time to get back on track. So I start a new journey again that maybe I will stick to. I just really want this to work and to change my mind set along with it so that it will stay off. I am going on a spiritual journey as well. I God I can do all things. :)

I probaly won't update inches until the end of February. I only have about 12 days before I go on a 4 day get away with my husband for our birthday, so I want to give my self time to get back on track after that. I want to check in though with how I am doing at least once a week, Here is to wishing me luck!!
